3 Steps to buying using Debit/Credit Cards:-

STEP 1: Select the speech pack you want

Click on your chosen wedding speeches pack from the selection page - you will be taken to a secure credit card payment facility run by WorldPay. Information about Worldpay and security is available here. We at finespeeches.com never see your credit card details, which are only supplied to Worldpay at their Secure Server.

NOTES:

The Worldpay payment page usually loads within 20 seconds, but sometimes the internet is slow and it can take longer. If it is slow do not worry, you can either wait for the page to load or 'stop' the process and try again later.

STEP 2: Payment Details pages

Worldpay Secure Payment page [1]- Choose the credit / debit card which you want to use. Please note the "Visa Payment" card is for company credit cards, individuals should normally use the "visa" card).

Worldpay Secure Payment page [2] This is a temporary page which in due course will contain additional Security for individuals who have registered their cards and use PIN security.

Worldpay Secure Payment page [3] Enter the information requested, including:-

• address details - these are to allow extra security checks, thus protecting you, the shopper, and us also.
• email address - Please check carefully that the email address is correct, as it is required for us to supply your Wedding Speech Package.
• Security Code - Click here for an explanation of the card Security code.
• NOTES:
  • Once the details of the Worldpay payment page are completed press the "MAKE PAYMENT" button ONCE ONLY.
  • The payment processing usually takes less than 30 seconds, but sometimes the internet is slow and it can take longer.
  • do not press the "make payment" button again as this will take a second payment from your credit/debit card, and cause processing charges that cannot be recovered.

STEP 3: Download your speeches pack

Would you like to see an example of the Step 3 page, with its download instructions?

Once you have made the payment for your Wedding Speech Package:

• Worldpay will send you an email, which acknowledges your payment
• A web page is displayed to you from where you can download your speech pack. Full instructions are provided on the displayed page.
• As a "belt & braces" measure we will also send you an email with the speeches pack attached. This should arrive within a few minutes.
• NOTES:
  Although we send you an email with the speeches we do recommend that you download from the displayed download page. This is because some email systems prevent the delivery of emails with 'executable' attachments; so we cannot send you a self-extracting zip file, instead we send a simple zip file which you can unzip. If you do not already have an unzipper program, we provide a link for you to find one.
